Mr. Doane brings 27 years’ experience as a lawyer specializing in the resolution of complex disputes together with two decades of activity in the capital markets, executive & corporate governance ranks. He has accumulated substantial cannabis sector expertise the last five years through leading roles in the formation, financing and management of cannabis companies in the United States and Canada.
In addition to his role at Leviathan USA, Mr. Doane serves as CEO of Leviathan Cannabis Group. Under his leadership, Leviathan is becoming a leading multi-jurisdictional cannabinoid enterprise, combining exceptional genetics and product formulations with ground breaking branding and marketing expertise, and a proprietary global distribution platform.
Mr. Pilant is a lifelong entrepreneur based in Memphis, Tennessee. He’s the founder of Greystone Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to Greystone he was CEO of several medical and pharma companies including Stanley Pharmaceuticals, National Labs, and MedStat. Mr. Pilant has established manufacturing facilities in China, Europe, the Middle East and the US and has had 30 years of experience in every aspect of wound care from FDA and CE compliance, reimbursement, manufacturing and distribution.
Mr. Lombard is a senior designer and operations professional who has spearheaded and supervised more than 10 licensed cannabis/hemp operations in the states of Massachusetts, California, Nevada, Colorado and Oregon overseeing more than 25 million dollars of capital investment. Prior to working on Leviathan’s state-of-the-art facility in Tennessee, he designed a substantial hemp biomass processing facility in Palm Desert, CA that produces crude, distillate and isolate.
Mr. Bollinger is a rare combination of strong leadership and deep scientific knowledge. He has a BA in biochemistry and molecular biology from Cornell College, Iowa and a Masters degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee where his research focused on supercritical fluid chromatography for chiral separations. After a stellar academic career, he worked at the Vanderbilt Center for Neuroscience and Drug Discovery where he oversaw automated purification systems using silica gel and C18 on both analytical and preparative scales. This work also included method development and optimization with both solvent-based systems and supercritical CO2 purification systems. He draws on his seven years experience collaborating with both academic groups in the pharmaceutical industry.
Mr. Baker has worked in multiple management roles in the pharmaceutical field for the last decade. His expertise in quality assurance and research and development brings an invaluable skillset. Prior to joining the Leviathan, Mr. Baker developed high-quality compliant systems for a variety of drug and medical devices, which were sold to various countries throughout the world.
